Code of Ethics

1. Protection of Client Health and Safety

  • Absolute priority to well-being: The client's health, physical integrity, and safety are placed first in every condition and circumstance.

  • Preliminary assessment: No program or exercise is initiated without a preliminary medical history/risk factor assessment (e.g., PAR-Q questionnaire) and without adequate introduction to the use of equipment.

  • Emergency management: Staff are constantly trained and hold active first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation with defibrillator (BLS-AED / CPR) certifications.

 

2. Professional Competence and Continuous Training

  • Recognized qualifications: Instructors and trainers operate exclusively within the scope of their professional competencies and accredited qualifications.

  • Constant updating: Continuous improvement and training are guaranteed to maintain the quality standards required by the sector and health insurance funds.

  • Limits of competence: Should the client's condition require specific medical, physiotherapeutic, or therapeutic expertise, consultation with qualified healthcare professionals is recommended.

 

3. Transparency, Contractual Fairness, and Confidentiality

  • Clear conditions: Contracts, regulations, subscriptions, and general terms and conditions (GTC) are drafted transparently, understandably, and free of ambiguous clauses.

  • Data protection: Clients' personal data and health information are treated with the utmost confidentiality, in full compliance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (LPD).

  • Respect and inclusion: A welcoming, respectful, and safe environment is guaranteed, free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or abuse.

 

4. Integrity, Doping, and Nutritional Products

  • Fight against doping: Zero tolerance towards doping substances, stimulants, or unauthorized drugs. Training is based solely on scientific and natural methodologies.

  • Authorized supplements: Only supplements and foods approved by the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (USAV) or the Federal Office of Public Health (UFSP) are marketed or recommended.

 

5. Hygiene, Maintenance, and Fair Competition

  • Hygiene standards: Cleaning, sanitization of premises, and proper ventilation are regularly ensured in compliance with Swiss regulations.

  • Equipment maintenance: Machinery and equipment undergo periodic checks to ensure full functionality and safe use.

  • Fair competition: Relationships with colleagues and other facilities in the area are based on principles of loyalty, commercial fairness, and mutual respect.
